Dr B is fantastic. If he moves, we will follow. He also has a Conway location where we normally go. This office is easy to find on the corner of Oleander and 44th Ave N. The staff at this office are as friendly as the ones in Conway but the building looks newer. Either location and you will be well cared for by the team.

Dr. Siva Balachandran was amazing to work with when I received lab results indicating a microscopic quantity of red blood cells in my urine. He didn’t mess around, but immediately referred me to a urologist for further testing, which revealed kidney stones. Because Dr. Balachandran acted promptly I was able to address the kidney stone issue before experiencing any painful side effects. I am truly grateful not only for his kidney expertise, but his genuine nurturing care and concern. He is truly a man without guile. An intelligently experienced and seasoned professional. If you are tired of the "sardine-can" waiting rooms and sterile plywood partitions of most clinics, you need to see Coastal Kidney Center, It was clear from the moment my husband (patient) and I walked in that Jill Heaton(designer) and Dr. Balachandran at Coastal Kidney, designed this space with one thing in mind, the patient. The reception area doesn't feel like a waiting room. It feels like a comfortable living room Gone are the stained, ripped chairs lined up against the walls. Instead you are greeted by warm, inviting colors and a beautiful pedestal table that serves as a stunning centerpiece, along with living room style furnishings. But intentionally doesn't stop at the decor. Even the exam rooms are revolutionary. There are custom, handbuilt extra wide steps with a railing to assist with getting on the exam table, featuring an extra large top step so you can turn around and descend safely and comfortably. The consultation and exam rooms are connected and offers a comfortable transition. Between the incredible design by Jill Heaton and the outstanding physicians, it's obvious that your health is their absolute priority. Truly a breath of fresh air in health care.
